The weekend and week will definitely go in history. Surely you will reflect back to see how you dealt with it. Physical hygiene tips are everywhere, here is a checklist for your Emotional Hygiene :

1. Deep Breaths : Inhale through your nose , hold , count till 5 and exhale through your mouth. Repeat 5 times.

2. Write your thoughts in a Journal , at least once a day

3. Stroll for 10-15 mins observing your surroundings

4. Learn online , form meaningful communities

5. Spend time with your family and create nice memories
